A Space for Helpers is an expressive arts processing group for mental health professionals. Due to their work and high engagement in emotional labor, mental health professionals have a high likelihood of symptoms of burnout. This group seeks to utilize expressive arts and narrative therapy to assist in exploring the journey of being a mental health professional/provider and how emotional labor impacts mental health clinicians. This group will include making collages, painting, drawing and working with beads to assist with group processing and discussion. no art experience or expertise is necessary for this group, and all art supplies will be covered in the cost. |

Dr. Keleigh Blount is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Associate with extended experience in sex and sexuality exploration, couples counseling, and race and ethnicity identify development.
