Outpatient Therapist

Raleigh Hybrid | Durham Hybrid | Telehealth

Job Description

Seeking a fully or provisionally licensed mental health professional to provide culturally-responsive, non-pathologizing care to a wide range of clients. We would like to fill positions in our Raleigh and Durham offices, and are also open to 100% telehealth, so encourage folx from anywhere in the state to apply. A good fit for this position will meet some combination of the following criteria:
  • Openness to and experience working with a variety of presenting issues 
  • Experience and/or certification in one or more specific protocols (e.g., DBT, ACT, IFS, PMH-C, Trauma-informed, EMDR, etc)
  • ​Experience providing telehealth
  • Interest in being a part of agency activism efforts 
  • Willingness to maintain a caseload of 18 client contacts per week.​
The position is contract-based until caseload minimum is reached and maintained for 90 days, at which time the provider can transition to a W2 position that includes student loan support, PTO, and 401k matching. You will also have the opportunity to earn bonuses when minimum caseload requirements are exceeded. 

Requirements

  • Unrestricted license to practice counseling or in related field (LCMHC/A, LCSW/A, LMFT/A, Clinical Psychologist).
  • At least one year post-graduate clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to anti-oppression and advocacy within and outside of therapeutic relationships.​
  • Responsiveness to and awareness of issues impacting ​LGBTQ2IA+ and BIPOC clients
