We bill as out of network providers for all other plans, and are happy to determine your coverage with your insurance carrier.
Cash, credit cards, and personal checks are accepted for in-person services. Credit card is required for telehealth.
If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified your counselor at least 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for a late fee of $75 on weekday, $85 on weekends and holiday weeks. If you miss or cancel late for 3 sessions within 6 months, you will be discharged from treatment and provided a list of referrals to other clinicians.
