What telehealth platform do you use?
SimplePractice, LLC is a practice management software for scheduling, case management, telehealth, and therapy notes. SimplePractice, LLC, uses a HIPAA compliant software so your information will be securely kept. Just like a face-to-face appointment, your Telehealth visit will be private and confidential.
How does telehealth work/I'm having issues connecting?

How do I log into the client portal?
Creasman Counseling utilizes Simple Practice's Client Portal to complete paperwork, send appointment reminders, pay bills, connect via telehealth and schedule appointments (for those clinicians who use this option).
To sign into your Client Portal, you must use the email address through which you receive your appointment reminders.

What is Secure messaging?
Secure Messaging lets you and your clinician message each other directly, within a confidential platform. To learn more about how to send and/or access secure messages, review the how-to guide here:
How do I access my bills and invoices?
Using the Client Portal, you can view your recent invoices, statements, superbills, and payments. You can also add a credit card and pay for your sessions. For more information about utilizing this feature, review the how-to guide here:
Can I schedule an appointment online?
