After years of meditating and teaching counseling clients how to use mindfulness to enhance wellness, I have developed this program to target issues that can get in the way of effective practice. If you have ever tried meditation and thought "this doesn't work," or have been meditating for years and feel you have gone as deep as you can in your current practice, then this program is for you.
Each track is a complete meditation with an introductory explanation, guided practice, and recommendations for moving forward. The order of meditations is carefully crafted to help you transition from basic skill building to meaningful application of mindfulness techniques. With each meditation, you will become more aware, more deeply present, and learn to be kinder and more accepting of yourself.
