My guiding belief as a counselor is that every human being is the expert on their own life and it is my responsibility to walk alongside you and support you on your journey of reflection, healing, and self-actualization in order to help you become your most authentic self.
I understand that no two people are alike, despite how similar their presenting concerns may be, so I do well to tailor my treatment style to best meet the unique needs of each of my clients. I am an eclectic counselor who utilize techniques from various evidence based clinical theories such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Counseling to help my clients gain a better understanding of themselves and help them work through their presenting issue.
I have experience providing high quality one-to one clinical support to adults of different ages, gender and sexual identities, and cultural backgrounds. I have successfully assisted my clients in working through personal concerns in different areas such as:
- Workplace Conflict
- Time Management
- Interpersonal Relationship Conflict
